Executive ProfilesRandall "Randy" McCoy has more than 20 years of experience in scientific research and development. His previous employment includes George Washington University , Temple University Medical School , and RCA/SRI International (Director of Pharmaceutical Projects). Mr. McCoy has assisted both small and major pharmaceutical companies address FDA issues. He has also helped over 225 foreign and domestic companies introduce their drug and medical device products into the US and World market. Mr. McCoy currently has over 15 Patents US and World Wide and a NIH grant pending for a new drug. Roy Nelson PhD is a specialist in fine particle technology and polymer science and chemistry. His previous employments include the USArmy Material Laboratory at Ft. Belvoir, Avery Products Central Research Laboratories, RCA/SRI International's Sarnoff Laboratories. Dr. Nelson received his B.S. degree in chemistry from UCLA, M.S. in synthetic organic chemistry from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. in material/polymer science from Penn. State University. His material testing facility has a USDEA Schedule I-V Drug License and is FDA audited. He currently has over 25 Patents US and World Wide. He has been involved in a number of validation studies, FDA consent decree, drug certification, SOP (instruments, processes, IT) writing and other compliance issues. Steven DeVito, Capital and Financing Activities Manager attended Loyola University of Chicago and holds FINRA series 7, 22, and 63 securities licenses, and Life & Health Insurance licenses. His experiences include Head of mortgage securities trading at Northeast Securities New York, NY; Director, Financial Institutions Group at Countrywide Securities Corp., headquarters Calabasas, California; Senior Vice President Institutional Sales at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., in New York, Vice President and Co-Manager of the Institutional Sales and Asset/Liability Management Group at Oppenheimer & Company, Inc. in New York. Head Trader for Ryan ALM, Inc. and Senior Finance Advisor for UFT Commercial Finance LLC. Bryan Hoover, Compliance Officer has more than 35 years experience in the agriculture field. He has been involved in dairy and beef production as well as raising crops for direct animal feeding and commercial sale. His duties have included all aspects of animal husbandry for dairy and beef cattle and crop production. He is co-owner of Buck Hollow Farm, a dairy farm where he made all decisions for the cattle and crops and still maintain the farm today as a beef and hay operation. He is an expert in biosecurity and has devised a number of protocols to keep animals and feed sources safe including fencing, barriers to unauthorized foot traffic, sanitization and disinfecting of equipment and staff and controlling visitors. As compliance officer , Bryan will develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance biosecurity for their closed herd project. Salley Hoover, Farm Management has extensive background in record keeping and management both in animal operations and in a commercial environment. She has more than twenty years of experience in record keeping, animal health monitoring, assisting veterinarians, sample collection and analysis, co-authoring research papers, assistance in drug development and testing, animal care, assistance in embryo transfers. During the early 1990's she worked for Thornbrook Farms, assisting in the development and initial testing of SucroMate (manufactured by Thorn BioScience) a sustained release, injectable GnRH used in the equine industry. While there she performed the majority of the sample analysis for the initial product development, as well as doing research and computer analysis using a Hamilton Thorn Motility Analyzer, to determine the best semen extender formulations to be used for improving viability of frozen and chilled semen. She is the current co-owner of Buck Hollow Farm, where she handles the farm health records, breeding records, financial records, and did the day to day work involved in running the dairy and monitoring and managing cow health and breeding. Ricardo Quiroz, Compliance Officer has a life science degree from UC Davis and has extensive experience dealing with large animals on the family ranch. He currently assists in the surgery and laboratory at a Los Angeles animal clinic. He is an experienced writer of SOPs and validation protocols for cattle harvesting facility. |
